Our Director
Jessica Marion
Jessica Marion is the owner and director of Marion Childcare University. She is married to Jarrett Marion. Jessica has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. Her childcare foundation comes from teaching in Louisiana, California, and now Texas.
She has an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College. She is the owner of Teacher Resale Shop, the founder of Teacher Appreciation Program, and a Register Trainer for the State of Texas. She has a Proclamation that was passed by the Mayor of Arlington called National Fallen Teacher Day which will be observed on May 14.
She has taught every age group as well as ventured into the administration of childcare. Jessica believes that children are the future, but it is up to us to show them the way.
Our General Manager
Jarrett Marion
Jarrett is the owner and General Manager of Marion Childcare University. He is married to Jessica Marion.

Jarrett has been in the finance field for over 15 years. He has a degree in Business Administration. He has worked for companies such as Citi Bank, Santander, and Flagship.
The children love to call him “Marion” and they think that is his first and last name. Feel free to stop by and chat with Marion for a minute or two.
